Increasing damage to the environment and enforced regulations for breathing air quality such as DIN EN 12021 mean that the requirements to be met by the operators of filling stations are getting stricter all the time.

Tester tubes simultaneously and accurately measure compliance with the concentration limit for CO, CO₂and water vapour in the compressed air. An "impactor" is used for simultaneous verification of mineral and synthetic oil content in the breathing air.

The breathing air tester has been to all but exclude the risk of incorrect measurements as a result of operator error. The device does not have to be calibrated either.

A pressure reducer and special nozzles keep volume flow constant at all times, thereby safeguarding consistently accurate measurements. The AEROTEST SIMULTAN HP breathing air tester checks for compliance with the limit values specified in standard DIN EN 12021¹ for breathing air¹, thereby providing effective protection for life, health and equipment.

¹ Check for concentration of CO, CO₂, water vapour and residual oil. Oxygen content is not measured.

By means of the B-CONTROL control, you can at any time observe compliance with the limit values ​​of the breathing air standard DIN EN 12021: 2014¹.

In the case of an exceedance of the limit, the control system will shows an alarm on the display by means of an optical warning signal and switch off the system before air contaminated with pollutants enters the breathing air bottles.

An automatic flush valve (optional) ensures that the contaminated air is directed into the open air without interrupting the operation of the system if short-term limit values ​​are exceeded.
