B-SAFE 300 – Uncompromising safety of persons and compressor rooms when filling pressure cylinders
As a result of filling accidents arising from exploding cylinders, explosion protection is already standard or is prescribed in many countries. B-SAFE replaces costly protective measures in compressor rooms and provides operators with a high level of legal security.Scope of delivery for B-SAFE 300 with filling hoses
B-SAFE 300, comprising safety chamber with explosion-proof doors including automatic locking of the explosion-proof doors to prevent operator errors. Mounted on solid base frame. Inside the safety chamber:
- Bracket to accommodate 6 pressure cylinders (up to 10 cylinders can be connected if required)
- Option with proportional valve (for filling rate of 20 bar/min up to 50 bar/min) or solenoid valve (filling rate determined by the delivery rate of the compressor)
- Filling device with PN 200 or 300 bar, consisting of 6 filling hoses with self-bleed filling valves (R 5/8" according to DIN EN 144-2)
- Filling device PN 200/300 bar. Additionally with 1 each of pressure reducer, safety valve, pressure sensor and pressure gauge; number of connections can be freely selected for pressure ranges PN 200 and PN 300 bar (total of 6 connections in all).
- Touch screen to control and monitor filling
- Optional accessories: Rack for 6 cylinders
